• Dates: All practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 3 through October 10


• ​Times:.  4:00 pm - 5:30 pm 


• Location: The Aquatic Center of St. Vrain Valley Schools (on the campus of Silver Creek High School @ 4901 Nelson Road, Longmont).  The entrance to the facility is on the south side by the tennis courts.


• All skill levels are welcome!


• Participants will need a swimming suit and a towel/shammy.  There will be locker rooms available at the facility for changing.
