Registration will open Jan 15th  Practice begins 2/16/26. Registration is required to participate and you must have a current sports physical using this form to upload (or email) with your registration.  Please note, ONLY upload (or email) Page 4 of this form. Managers are required to upload a physical but not required to pay the fee.  Make sure the entire form is completed with all required dates and signatures.
