Register for this Class

Thank you for enrolling your child in childcare for the 24-25 school year.   Your registration is not yet complete. Please complete step 2 of the registration process by picking your student’s daily schedule.  Here are the instructions to assist with this process.  Your registration is not complete until you pick the daily schedule. To complete this process, log into your SVVSD Parent Portal account, and select the days you need care. Your child will NOT have childcare until you finish this 2nd step. Even though you may have selected a schedule on the registration form, you still MUST go to the parent portal and select the actual days on the calendar for your child’s care.

  Registration fees are non refundable.

  K-5 segment rates are: $15 AM and $15PM. Segments are not transferable between students or between AM and PM.

  ALL schedule changes made after the 14th of the month may incur a $25.00 change fee. This includes both adding, dropping days and canceling care.

  If you need to cancel your registration or drop days, the district requires 10 business days advance written notice.

  Invoicing occurs on or around the 15th of the month for the upcoming month.

  Autopay is an OPT IN program.  Credit cards will ONLY be charged if we have a completed form on file. A parent must fill out a new Auto Pay form each school year.  We will charge the credit card on file for full payment of the current invoiced balance 7 days after the invoice due date. Upon credit card processing, the payment receipt will be emailed. There is no fee for Auto Pay.  In the event you need to stop the autopay, you will need to notify the site program manager in writing.

Child Care is licensed through the Colorado Department of Early Childhood for children ages 5-12. For questions please contact your site program manager.
