This class meets in the gym. It is 45 minutes long. This 5 week session meets Wednesdays 12/18, 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29. In a Mooka yoga classroom we move our bodies, breathe, rest, and practice mindfulness together in a heart-centered learning environment.
